The Embarrassment is Real
I know this blog isn't being read at the moment, but I still needed to get my feelings down. What happened in the Oval office with the two bully morons and the President of Ukraine was an abomination. To hear the Republicans get on the news outlets and justify the behavior of these two "adults" was even worse. I grew up in the 80's during the Cold War. We had practice drills where we hid under our desks in case the Soviet Union sent nuclear missiles into Texas. I was traumatized by reading Alas, Babylon in 9th grade. I truly believe my generation was the last generation that was taught true History...then came teach to the standardized test and that is why we are where we are... I digress...back to the end of America at the hands of fascists. It doesn't hurt my feelings that the MAGA idiots declare anyone who doesn't cheer for and support the dictator wannabes are known as supporters of America last, because I have yet to see anything being done in the inter...
