How I Can Make My Second Dream Job Come True...
I have been thinking of ways I could indulge my love of cooking and selling my food to others...
I am thinking of signing up for a booth at the local farmer's market...I just have to come up with what I can sell...
Obviously, casseroles wouldn't work in the summer months, and I would have to have freezer space to store the casseroles...but is that what I want to sell?
Or jams, jellies and breads...less storage space needed in between...
Also can I sell one thing and then change to something else per seasons? Lots to research, but it would be nice to start this up...
It's the whole why can't I have both of my dreams?
I could eventually set up a website that people can go to and order pre-made dinners...of course it would have to be locals only for those, but I could sell my jams and jellies all over...ok so I may be getting carried away...have to start small...but there's no harm in dreaming big..
Lots to think about...meanwhile I am going to head into the kitchen and learn how to make no knead bread in a dutch oven...
Apparently, this recipe takes a lot of patience...
