Fear

 Fear is real...

We fear the unknown, things just whispered at the moment, but destined to become reality.

Fear is strong...

We fear what is already happening and how it will affect us, our family and our friends in days to come.

Fear is a weakness...

We are frozen in shock...not awe...as multiple executive orders are signed and published daily. The questions go round and round in our minds, "how," "why," and "what can we do to stop the insanity?" Answers to some of these don't come easily and anger and rage begin to build. Anger at those who voted for him, anger at those who are forcing dangerous and unwelcome acts upon us daily, anger at those who stand by and do nothing but make speeches...

Fear is a strength...

As we try to process what is happening to our nation, fear and anger become one and we start to look for ways to take back our power. They think we are down, but we are just rising up...There is no meet in the middle, as there is no longer a middle. We will rise up, and when we do, the fear and the anger become hope and promise, and we will not let this happen again.
