The Best Gifts...

It's crazy how much you start to appreciate the giving of the gift as you get older. I received some really great gifts this year from my family, and I am grateful for all of them...love, love, love the pajamas and the Home Depot gift cards...I feel some painting coming on! I even received some heirloom gifts that have been passed down in my family from generation to generation, beginning with my great grandmother.  I love the history behind these items. They are probably not worth anything to someone else, but to me they are priceless...

But honestly the best gift I received today was spending time with my family, we spent over an hour just laughing as we remembered Christmases past. After that, I was able to spend one on one quality time with my Aunt GG...something I don't get to do very often.  These are the moments I will remember forever...
