My Review of A Tale of Two Goblins by HP Mallory
I will start off by saying that I enjoy this author's writing style, although I got a little frustrated with Dulcie at times...she moves forward one step and then within the same paragraph she takes five steps back...I want to get a sense that your characters are maturing and moving forward, not stuck in limbo and repeating their most annoying traits...this being said, HP Mallory brought back some characters I fell in love with in To Kill A Warlock, and even added a new one that I could totally be friends with!
I enjoyed the Knight character's growth in this novel, and I enjoyed Diva's running commentary and constant voice of reason. I also enjoyed the end when Dulcie was able to admit that she did care for the character of Knight.
I am looking forward to reading the third book in this series, and have high hopes that this series will continue in the future!
