Gala

The Gala is over, the faculty performed their hip hop dance successfully, and more importantly I survived! It was a fun night, and I actually love to perform in the dances we put on each year...it gets my creativity and atletic juices flowing!

I can't say the same for my feet though...spending most of the night in stiletto heels after spending the year in tennis shoes had my feet screaming for relief...I didn't even get to enjoy dancing to the fun 70's band they had playing after the auction ended...

Oh well, I had a great time, and I made a great donation (for me) and ended the night with three succulent plants and a Kindle Fire!

Life feels pretty good right now!
