Fresh Fruit Casserole
1 pink lady
Apple
1 granny
smith apple
2 pears
2 peaches
2 Tbsp Lemon
juice
1 tsp
Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Flour
1 pint fresh
blackberries
1 Tbsp
butter for greasing baking dish
2 cups Oats
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp Brown
sugar
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
pinch of
Salt
8 Tbsps
melted Butter
Yogurt
1. Heat oven
to 375F (190C).
2. Chop up
apples, pears and peaches, leaving the skin on the apples. Toss in bowl with
lemon juice, cinnamon, and flour. Grease baking dish with butter. Pour
fruit mixture into baking dish and top with blackberries.
3. In a
large bowl combine oats, flour, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, salt and butter.
Mix well so that everything is coated and spoon over fruit mixture.
4. Bake for
40-45 minutes. Serve hot or cold and garnish with yogurt.
