Baking For Friends...

Tomorrow is a good friend and co-worker's birthday, and I have always brought her brownies on her birthday. In the past, my Aunt/Mama J has made them for her, but this year I decided I wanted to make them for her. I ended up baking two kinds for her...one batch is dark chocolate with marshmallows and dark chocolate chips melted on top, the second batch is dark chocolate with dark chocolate chips mixed in and sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.

What makes this even more special is that my friend texted me tonight just to tell me how excited she is that I am making them and bringing them for her tomorrow. There is nothing better tasting than something baked with love for someone who is friend, family or both. Of course, I had to taste them to make sure they were edible!!! They were easy to make, and a lot of fun too!
